EVENT MAP > Roll Gachas > REJOICE > Clear Entrance, get your temp Shiki and throw her in your party's back-line > Tap "Reward" button and look at open missions, accept any completion rewards > Consult Event Map to see where are mission objectives > Grind out appropriate quests > Rinse > Repeat from step 5.
Aim to reach Room 504 ASAP.
Buy out Shop CEs as soon as you can and equip them when going after appropriate targets.
Level up and ascend Shiki as you get her ascension mats. You need to ascend her at least twice. If you lack XP cards, shop offers 100 gold All-class embers.

Event shop + a series of missions. Event shop is a normal 3 currency affair (Water Bottles, Ice Cream, and Cats) with shop CEs. Missions give specific rewards when cleared. Of particular note, there are missions for getting Shiki’s bond level up to 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in addition to getting her second ascension (65 Assassin/All EXP and missions involving clearing nodes, either sets of nodes or 30/60 of any nodes), so put her somewhere in your party until then.
The event nodes are on a map, like the Halloween event, but it has 35 nodes that get unlocked as we progress through the event. However, there is a step-by-step guide for how to clear the missions in a way that will unlock the next room by the time you need it, so you can just follow the list if you don't feel like mucking around.
Gacha CEs: +1 event shop currencies (3-Star > Bottles, 4-Star > Ice Cream, 5-Star > Cats). So standard, other than there being two different at each level so good luck MLBing!!
Shop CEs: give +25% (+50% MLB) chance of getting extras of the mobs that drop the event currencies, capped at +100%. It’s basically like the Christmas chance of extra stockings, but with enemies: if the mob appears, you have that percentage of a second one spawning. These are actually a bigger boost than the gacha CEs, but their impact is capped. You could MLB them and take a support with a MLB of the same CE (since the store stocks enough to MLB), or you can take 4 not LB - either gives the 100%.
When buying the shop CEs, go Chorus > Summer's Precognition > Threefold Barrier > Decapitating Bunny.
